3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 By using the Site and placing an Order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3.2 You may be required to create an account to place an Order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at corallondonofficial@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these Terms.

4. PRODUCTS, DESCRIPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY

4.1 We make every effort to display our Products, including colours, materials, and sizing, as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that your device's display of colours accurately reflects the colour of the Products, and slight variations may occur due to screen calibration, lighting, and photography conditions.

4.2 As a fashion retailer working with manufacturing and fulfilment partners, sizing may vary slightly between styles, brands, and suppliers. We recommend checking the specific size guide provided on each product page before ordering.

4.3 All Products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if a Product you have ordered is unavailable, and, where payment has already been taken, we will issue a full refund for that item within a reasonable time.

4.4 We reserve the right to withdraw, discontinue, or amend any Product listing at any time without notice.

4.5 Product images are for illustrative purposes. Any accessories, styling, or props shown in photographs that are not explicitly described in the product listing are not included with your purchase unless stated.

5. PLACING AN ORDER AND FORMATION OF CONTRACT

5.1 When you place an Order, you are making an offer to purchase the Goods. This offer is only accepted by us, and a binding Contract is formed, when we send you a dispatch confirmation email confirming that your Order has been shipped. An order confirmation email sent immediately after checkout is acknowledgement of receipt only, and does not constitute acceptance of your Order.

5.2 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any Order at our discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: a pricing or product description error, unavailability of stock, inability to obtain authorisation for payment, suspected fraudulent activity, or a breach of these Terms. Where we cancel an Order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full within 14 days.

5.3 It is your responsibility to check your Order carefully, including sizes, colours, quantities, and delivery address, before completing checkout.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

6.1 All prices displayed on the Site are shown in [GBP (£)] and, where applicable, are inclusive of UK VAT at the applicable rate.

6.2 While we make every effort to ensure prices are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error in your Order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your Order for a full refund.

6.3 Payment is taken at the time of placing your Order via the payment methods listed at checkout. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete card details on our servers.

6.4 We reserve the right to change prices, delivery charges, and promotional offers at any time, though this will not affect Orders already confirmed.

7. PROMOTIONAL CODES AND DISCOUNTS

7.1 Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms, which will be stated at the time of the offer, and may include minimum spend requirements, exclusions, or expiry dates.

7.2 Discount codes cannot typically be combined unless expressly stated, applied retroactively to previous Orders, or exchanged for cash.

7.3 We reserve the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time, and to refuse orders that we reasonably believe are exploiting a promotional code in a way not intended (e.g. code-sharing abuse, bulk reselling).

8. DELIVERY

8.1 Delivery timeframes and costs are set out in full in our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8.2 Delivery times provided at checkout and in confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed, particularly where Goods are shipped from overseas fulfilment partners.

8.3 Risk in the Goods (i.e. responsibility for loss or damage) passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Legal ownership (title) of the Goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.

9. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS 2013)

9.1 If you are a Consumer, you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, to cancel your Contract with us within 14 days of receiving your Goods, without needing to give a reason.

9.2 Full details of how to exercise this right, exceptions that apply (e.g. pierced jewellery, underwear with a broken hygiene seal), and the refund process are set out in our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which should be read alongside these Terms.

10. FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR MISDESCRIBED GOODS

10.1 Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Goods supplied to Consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

10.2 If your Goods do not meet this standard, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on how long you have had the Goods and the nature of the fault. Full details are provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

10.3 To report a fault, contact corallondonofficial@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs where possible.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1 All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product photography, page layout, and software, is owned by or licensed to Coral-London and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12.2 You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing of third-party rights, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any submitted content at our discretion.

13. ACCEPTABLE USE

13.1 You agree not to use the Site: to violate any applicable law or regulation; to transmit any harmful code, virus, or malicious software; to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account; to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site using automated means without our permission; or to place fraudulent or speculative Orders.

13.2 We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have breached this Clause 13.

14. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. social media, payment providers). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party website, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

15. DISCLAIMERS

15.1 The Site is provided "as is". While we take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate, secure, and available, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

15.2 Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a Consumer, which remain unaffected.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

16.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

16.2 Subject to Clause 16.1, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your Order, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the total amount paid by you for the relevant Order.

16.3 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, business, or opportunity, that were not reasonably foreseeable to both parties at the time the Contract was formed.

17. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Coral-London harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

18. FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, carrier disruptions, pandemics, or acts of government.

19. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or regulator to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be removed or amended to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coral-London regarding your use of the Site and purchase of Goods, superseding any prior agreements.

21. WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

22. ASSIGNMENT

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, our business practices, or our Products. The version published on the Site at the time you place your Order will apply to that Order. Please check this page periodically for updates.
